Me, my parents, brother and sister-in-law were all exposed at a small intimate birthday dinner we were having for my parents on August 23rd. My aunt and her boyfriend came to the dinner even though they were not feeling well. 3 days later, we found out they were testing for COVID-19. Some of us had started feeling sick by then. My mom, brother and sister-in-law all tested positive. My dad started feeling unwell a few days after us and on August 31st, I took him to the doctor with me to get tested. We all ended up testing positive for COVID-19. That night after falling twice, he was taken to the hospital. He was put on oxygen therapy but sadly was not able to recover and he passed away on September 10th. The last few months have been brutal.
