Our daddy, Louis Luiken, passed away from Covid-19 on November 2, 2020 at Mary Greeley hospital in Ames, Iowa. He tested positive for Covid-19 on October 13th as the result of an outbreak at the care center where he lived. He was a strong believer in Jesus Christ and a sweet daddy and granddad to his loved ones. One of his favorite things to do was to make people laugh, whether with silly jokes or with his vocabulary of made up words and phrases. He also had a beautiful baritone voice and loved to sing hymns. We miss him greatly.
