In memory of David Crockett – A Husband Deeply Missed by His Wife

My husband, as well as myself, contracted Covid-19 by an unknown source. We were very ill for days until my husband developed severe shortness of breath and sat down and was gone by the time 911 arrived. We were ill in early March and never had enough symptoms to get seen or tested and were told to just isolate.

In Memory of Juan Gilbert “Tito” Dominguez – A Caring Father Who Loved to Make Others Laugh

My father lost his life on June 5 in a senseless way. His name was Juan Gilbert “Tito” Dominguez and he was only 58 years old. He was a frontline worker whom I urges to stay safe. He took this virus very serious and wore his mask and washed/sanitized his hands. He contracted the virus from a coworker whom came into work knowingly with the virus. My father started to feel sick on May 1st, went into the hospital on Mother’s Day I’m which he was dazed and confused, got ventilated about a week later and we never heard his voice again. He lost his life too soon as many many others have to this virus. We all feel as though our loved ones were murdered in a senseless crime but our killer will never be tried, we will never have closure or a sense of peace. My father was so wonderful, he loved everyone, he was always trying to make you laugh and always trying to take care of everyone. He loved his grand babies and wanted them to call him PeePaw. Our lives will never be the same without him.

In Memory of Meliton and Lucille Jaime – Parents Who Tried Hard to Pull Through the Virus

We lost both parents due to COVID-19. My father was the first to get sick then my mother caught it; needless to say both of my parents lived with my sister and her family so of course they all got COVID-19 too! My sister and her husband and their daughter were able to recover from COVID-19; however both of my parents were not able to recover! They both fought so hard to pull through and fight this and come back home!

In Memory of Sisto Ferri – An Adoring Husband Who Fought the Virus Bravely Until His Very Last Day

I had to call 911 for my husband on 4-1-20, as he couldn’t stand or walk, they sent him home the next morning with a diagnosis of viral syndrome, but he hadn’t been tested for Covid-19 because he didn’t have shortness of breath(And probably due to testing shortages). I proceeded to take care of a very sick man, while I was also I’ll with Covid-19. 48 hours later I had to call 911 a 2nd time, he want able to stand or walk and was very confused. He continued to deteriorate at the hospital and never returned home. They called on the morning of 4-9-20, 1 day after our 31st Wedding Anniversary(he was lucid the night before and told me that marrying me was the best thing he had ever done) and said I should come to the hospital. Fortunately, I was able to spend his lady hours with him(not sure if he knew I was there), at least he didn’t pass on alone, he was gone by early evening. We miss him everyday, everyone who has died from this virus has left before their time.

In Memory of Mike Myers – A Beloved Father Missed Forever by His Family and Churchgoers

We lost my Dad to COVID on April 29th after he spent 6 weeks in the hospital and a rehab facility. He drove himself to the ER in the middle of the night because he couldn’t breathe, and didn’t want to wake up my mom. He tested negative three times before they caught it. The last time I saw his eyes open was through Zoom while he was intubated and unable to speak. He passed a few days later after COVID caused pneumonia, his kidneys to fail, and sent him into septic shock. Dad was a beloved husband, father and minister who worked with his church for 47 years. He left an extraordinary mark on this world and also any burger or BBQ joint that he frequented. Our Mikey will never be forgotten.
